Refund/Return policy

Website & Email Hosting

BND, LLC offers a 15 day money back guarantee for anyone not completely satisfied with our website hosting services. This does not include any setup or design fees which are non-refundable. Service must be canceled with the first fifteen days of signup. To cancel the service, please logon the Control Panel or email sales@bnetdev.com with at least 30 days notice. Domain names are not refundable. However, we will be happy to transfer the domain upon request.

Email and Web Hosting Service

There is no money back guarantee on these types of services, however a prorated refund on the remaining time period will be refunded back to the customer at the date of cancellation.

Computer Parts

Parts purchased through BND, LLC have a 30 day exchange only warranty. Customers can request a full refund, but it will be at the digression of management and the type of part returning. Customers that receive a refund will pay a 20% restocking fee.Computers and Servers
